		<description>Although I am not as articulate as Mr. Paul, I do share the same general sentiment towards SOX.  Congress, in its ultimate wisdom, has over reacted to the stupidity and greed of a few, creating an issue for foreign investment and small business to succeed. In an effort to &quot;get tough&quot; SOX has taken a small wound affecting a small number (relative to current effected population) of investors and created a gapping hole in the center of the U.S. economies chest!  SOX should be rethought immediately and while doing so should have some form of relaxed regulation to entice foreign investment and entrepreneurs once again.</description>
